Returns & Refunds Policy

At Microgreenist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within seven [7] days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@microgreenist.my with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods
• Sale items or gift cards
• Custom or personalized products

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, typically within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at hello@microgreenist.my.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
